Try aikido at Vanadis Aikido

Open house on Saturday, January 20

Anyone who is curious about what aikido is for is welcome to Vanadis Aikido's open house on Saturday, January 20 from 1 to 3 p.m. The program includes a lighter demonstration between 1 and 2 p.m., as well as a try-on session for those who want to try himself between 2 and 3 p.m.

We will show samples of our aikido training and there will be an opportunity to try it yourself. Both adults and children are welcome. Our regular training is aimed at everyone from the age of seven and up.
