Open house Saturday, August 29th

Anyone who is curious about what aikido is is welcome to Vanadis Aikido's open house on Saturday, January 17th from 1 to 3 pm. The program includes a more relaxed demonstration between 1 and 2 pm, as well as a try-out session for those who want to try it for themselves between 2 and 3 pm.

We will show samples of our aikido training and there will be an opportunity to try it yourself. Both adults and children are welcome. Our regular training is aimed at everyone from the age of seven and up.
